Anchor Yourself Through Reflection {FREE MID-YEAR REFLECTION WORKBOOK}

And just like that, it’s the end of July.

It’s hot here on the West Coast and I’m most definitely full swing in the meantime… and I sense I’m not alone.

In the meantime seems to be when those moments of magic happen. When we let go and lean a little deeper into knowing and trusting the universe has our back.

We make space for more time with friends and family, impromptu BBQ’s and dunks in the ocean become the norm, and no one questions eating popsicles for breakfast and omelettes for dinner.

When we are not in the midst of trying to figure it all out is the ideal time find a shady spot by a lake and a cold cup of lemonade and pause and reflect. Step out of your usual environment, interrupt your patterns and ask new questions so clarity, insights and new ideas have a chance to land.

 We do not learn from experience … we learn from reflecting on experience. – John Dewey

To take stock of where you are now, acknowledge all that you have accomplished and identify and anchor yourself  in what you want to create for the rest of the year,  I invite you to download and fill out your MID YEAR REVIEW AND REFLECTION workbook.

It’s such a simple, rich and valuable exercise to do!

You can type right into the EDITABLE PDF TEMPLATE or print it and hand write your answers. * VERY IMPORTANT* Make sure you download the template to your desktop and re-open it before typing into the fields, otherwise, your content won’t save.

And in case you are feeling a little behind in life, as we often do, this workbook is going to help you unveil that you have done way more than you think you have and that you… and all that you do, is more than enough!
